Mindful Collective Co. Inc. (“MCC”) makes all reasonable efforts to update its website and to provide accurate, timely information. However, there may be some errors and/or omissions and MCC has the right to reject any internet order if the system has made an error with price or quantity.
Pricing
Prices are quoted in Canadian dollars and can change at any given time.
Order Processing and Shipping
Our goal is that orders will leave our warehouse within 2-3 business days from when your order is placed. Please note that for orders with a high quantity of soft goods (Bolsters, Zabutons, Meditation Cushions), additional time may be required to prepare these products for shipping. All wholesale orders are Final Sale, if a product is damaged upon arrival or defective please see Damaged/Defective claims below.
Damaged/Defective Products and Fulfillment Errors
We take pride in the quality of our products and our order fulfillment practices. In the unlikely event you receive a defective, damaged or incorrect item, or if there are items missing within your shipment, please contact your sales representative or hello@mindfulcollective.co within 5 business days and we'll make it right.
Order Cancellation
To cancel an order you please contact us at hello@mindfulcollective.co.. Please include your name, company name, and order date. If you request cancellation of an order we will make every attempt to stop the delivery before it ships. If the order has already shipped, you will be responsible for shipping charges from and to the company. All credits will be made within 30 days of merchandise return or cancellation authorization. Orders for custom products are made to order cannot be cancelled once the order has been processed. You will receive confirmation from customer service that your order has been cancelled via e-mail. CANCELLATIONS ARE NOT FINAL UNTIL YOU RECEIVE CONFIRMATION FROM CUSTOMER SERVICE.Assumption of Risk / Limitation of Liability
The Customer and each user of MCC products are solely responsible for the proper use thereof. Improper use may result in personal injury. MCC will not be liable for any direct, special, indirect or consequential damages arising out of the improper use of the MCC products. In no event will MCC be liable for any special, punitive, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from the use or loss of use of the MCC products.
Modifications
No modification may be made to these Terms and Conditions unless the same is in writing, signed by an authorized representative of MCC. These Terms and Conditions represent the entire understanding between MCC and Customer and there are no oral understandings. These Terms and Conditions supersede any prior discussions, understandings or agreements between Customer and MCC. Customer acknowledges that MCC would not sell the products to Customer without each of these Terms and Conditions being effective. Should any portion of these Terms and Conditions be unenforceable or unlawful, the balance shall remain in full force and effect, to the extent legally possible.

Typographical Errors
In the event that a MCC product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, MCC reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. MCC reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, MCC shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
Term Termination
These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the site and/or completing the registration or shopping process. These terms and conditions, or any part of them, may be terminated by MCC without notice at any time, for any reason. The provisions relating to Copyrights, Trademark, Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification and Miscellaneous, shall survive any termination.

Miscellaneous
Your use of this site shall be governed by the laws of the province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to choice of law provisions.
